Life Coaching Services
SunUp Coaching offers specific life coaching specialities related to various life transitions. This is a values based coaching practice. YOU choose your values and what you want to represent. Together we will strategize how you can unashamedly live out your values during this transition. Most clients book multiples sessions because, well, change takes time.
Below are my life coach specialties. If you do not not see a topic or service relevant to you, contact me and we’ll see if we can make something work, or I will refer you to another professional.
Divorce
No one knows how to get divorced - it’s not a journey you hope to experience. Divorce coaching can be helpful if you’re considering divorce, if you’re in the middle of a divorce, or even years after a divorce has happened. Between what can feel like an identity shift, parenting plans, and more, I’m here to help.
And let me be clear: I am not anti-marriage; I am pro healthy relationships. The decision to stay married or end an unhealthy relationship is up to you.
